I have curated my services into packages when booking online to ensure every detail is covered. Appointment duration

Depending on what you are wanting to achieve with your hair, your appointment can take any where from 3-5 hours for any lightening service. If you need to be out at a certain time, please let me know at the start of your service, so I can adjust your appointment accordingly or rebook you for a better time.

Running late

Unfortunately due to my schedule being an independent stylist, I can't guarantee completion of your full service if you are late to an appointment. Please allow extra time for travel, traffic and parking. If you are running late, please let me know ASAP.

While I understand things can happen last minute, I would appreciate a minimum notice of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Redo's & refunds

Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any concerns with your result. I have a 7 day return policy, this means if you are not satisfied with the service received, you have 7 days after your colour or cut to request a redo service at no extra cost. Change of mind is not covered under our returns policy. I do not offer refunds.

What products do you use?

I believe in using the safest alternatives when it comes to products. I use O&M for my colour range, as it's the cleanest and safest for my clients and gives the best results. I use K18 to protect your hair, and Cezanne for keratin treatment.

Parking

There is paid parking available outside of the salon, or there is free parking available in the streets surrounding Ponsonby. Note; some areas are time restricted, so be cautious of this. Parking can be difficult to find in Ponsonby, especially if you have an early weekday appointment - so please allow time for this before your appointment.

Damaged goods

Due to the nature of bleach and other products used during your service, there is a risk of spills or stains happening. I highly recommend that you don’t wear or bring anything that is high value in worth to lower this risk. I take no responsibility for any garments or items that are accidentally damaged during a service.
