Terms & Conditions
All customers accept the following terms and conditions when they request a service.
Deposits
As appointments are highly sought after we do ask for a $50.00 deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, and will be taken off your total service price.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for failure to attend. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time slot and offer it to a client on my waiting list. While I understand things can happen last minute, I would appreciate a minimum notice of 24 hours to cancel or move your appointment. You will receive a text message to confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance, to remind you of this appointment. If you haven’t confirmed within the 24 hours we have the right to cancel your appointment.
Returns Policy
I have a 7-day return policy, this means if you are not satisfied with the service received, you have 7 days after your colour or cut to request a redo service at no extra cost. Change of mind is not covered under our returns policy.
Damaged Goods
Jessy O’Dwyer takes no responsibly for any garments or items that are damaged while a service has taken place. We highly recommend that you don’t wear or bring anything that is worth high value to lower the risk.
